WWE: The Finishing Moves!

Wrestling has earned an audience unlike any other sport. This extremely exciting combat sport has been a part of our culture for centuries now. In the wrestling universe, the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is considered to be among the top entertaining organizations. It has enthralled generations with splendorous and amazing moves, most popular being the finishing moves. Be it The Rock's Rock Bottom, or Triple H's Pedigree, these sensational moves spice up the thrill and excitement among the crowd.

If you are a wrestling fan, there is no way you won't be familiar with one of the most ferocious move The Tombstone Pile Driver. It is considered to be the best WWE finishing moves of all times. It is this move that made 'Undertaker' the World Heavyweight Champion many times. While Undertaken has been admired for his ferocity, John Cena is almost equally appreciated for his brute strength with which he performs the Attitude Adjustment move. Swaying a person weighing more than a hundred pound requires sheer strength.

Only Chris Benoit can perform the gutsy maneuver such as Diving Head Butt. Flying from top rope and crashing ones head on your opponents requires a lot of guts. There is a big chance that the performer of this move could get badly hurt along with his opponent. Chokeslam, first performed by Undertaker and later by Big Show and Kane, comes as one of the most painful move, while Stone Cold Stunner is considered to be the coolest finishing move performed by Steve Austin, the stunner.

Other more famous finishing moves are Batista's Bomb, Goldberg's Spear and Rey Mysterio's 619 & West Coast Pop. There is no other wrestling federation that stands as tall as WWE, with Legends like Undertaken, John Cena, and Steve Austin performing such epic and fans' all time favorite finishing moves.

WWE: Carlos Colon for the Hall of Fames, 2014

Carlos Colon has been announced as the fifth inductee to join with Ultimate Warrior, Lita, Ultimate Warrior, and Paul Bearer in the WWE Hall of Fame, 2014. The announcement was made at WWE Smack Down tapings. In another, ‘Hall of Fame’ news, Scott Hall has been reported as a possible addition to the group. If it is, it's likely that this year's Hall of Fame class is full with this great group.
For now the count for the Hall of Fame, 2014 is up to five. The latest inductee Carlos Colon is a legendary name in Puerto Rico with a successful in-ring wrestling career. He began his wrestling career in 1966 in the mainland US, and later moved back home in 1973 to start WWC promotions with Victor Jovica. At hearing his name, the first most thing fans think, is his worst scarred forehead, the result of his trademark wild, bloody brawling.
Carlos was the biggest name in the wrestling world at the same time when Ric Flair was the NWA world champion and Hulk Hogan was on the top of the WWE. He made an impact, even though he didn't wrestle that many matches in WWE. Colon has worked with huge names like Flair, Bruiser Brody, Randy Savage and actually beat the Nature Boy while he was the NWA world champion.
Carlos Colon also participated in the Royal Rumble in 1993 and finished his WWE career the same year. It's epic that WWE has chosen to acknowledge his work in Puerto Rico, in this year's Hall of Fame ceremony. He is the father of former WWE Superstar Carlito, current WWE Superstar Diego (formerly Primo) and uncle of Fernando (formerly Epico). Primo and Epico are both currently wrestling in the WWE as Los Matadores. His two sons and nephew will be the most obvious choices for presently him at the Hall of Fame ceremony in New Orleans.
We Congratulate Carlos Colon and his family on this tremendous honor.
